On this retreat you will be shown how to deepen your yoga practice to suit your needs and develop your yoga in the way you’d like to. You will discover a variety of new ways to approach the physical practice of yoga, and a host of meditation and breath practices. You’re sure to discover new practices that can benefit you in your everyday life. Throughout the retreat you will be introduced to a host of yoga practices. In the optional early morning sessions you can expect to learn and explore meditations, pranayamas (breath practices) and more. For the physical practice you’ll be working with vinyasa, hatha, yin and restorative styles, and of course you’ll find plenty of nourishing and restful yoga nidra.

Sinead is one of the lead instructors at Yogafurie. An experienced teacher with sound knowledge of both the yogic tradition and the human anatomy, she is passionate about a variety of yoga styles and practices and seeks to share them in a way that is accessible for all, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner.
